Fix for Firefox not opening PDF's on Mac

On Mac Mountain Lion, Firefox 14.0 runs in 64-bit mode by default.  This breaks the latest Adobe PDF reader.  The fix is simple: make Firefox start in 32-bit mode...
  • Go to the Applications folder and “Get Info” for Firefox (Right click + Get Info or just Cmd+I)
  • Make sure it is running in 32-bit mode. This is important as otherwise Adobe NPAPI plugin will not work and you will see a blank page instead of your PDF.
